2. How do I sell to MC?

simply follow these steps

3. What should I send with the phone?

You can send the accessories with the phone but it won't add value to the phone unless stated on the checkout.

4. What are the posting options?

We can send a prepaid envelope after booking your phone online, which will take 2 days to arrive, or you can send it to us recorded delivery.

5. Do you accept block phones?

Blocked phones are either stolen, lost or insurance claimed and we do not recycle such phones. All devices received by us are run through a database linked to stolen property called Checkmend.co.uk to avoid recycling stolen, lost, or insurance claimed phones.

6. When do I receive my payment?

Same day of the phone arrival at our central, by bacs or paypal

7. My phones have personal data, how to I delete it?

Follow manufacture instruction to wipe your phone and we at the center completely wipe every device before forwarding to third party.

8. If I change my mind can you return my phone?

Yes we can return your phone for a small fee of £3.00

9. my phone is locked to a single network , does it matter?

No, the value stays the same unless stated on the checkout

10. do you accept counterfeit /fake mobile phones

2. How do I know what mobile phone I've got?

Most mobile phone model number can be found underneath the battery on label

3. Where can I can find the imei number?

On your phone keypad or touch screen dial *#06# and you will see the imei number or you will find it underneath of the battery on the label (except iphone)

4. My phone is brand new can I get extra?

Yes call us or email us for quote

13. What are the working and non working conditions for phones?

Working Mobile Phones
Each mobile phone sold should match the make and model in the sale order and meet the following conditions:

  • It must switch on and off.
  • Be complete with all battery covers and bodywork.
  • The integral bodywork should have no cracks, missing plastics / metal and there should be no missing buttons.
  • The bodywork should not be hanging off the main body of the phone in any way.
  • The LCD must be working and power up correctly and fully beyond the network ‘Welcome Note’.
  • The LCD must have no lines or missing pixels.
  • The screen must be intact with no cracks.
  • There should be no liquid damage.
  • A white screen does not constitute a working phone.
  • If the phone has a touch screen the touch screen must be fully functional.
  • The stylus must be included if originally sold with the mobile
  • Slider mechanisms must function correctly.
  • Apple iPhones and iPads – All standard functionality and software must be in working order.

Non-Working Mobile Phone(s)
If your mobile does not adhere to the working conditions it will be classified as non-working. Non-working mobiles should meet the following conditions:

  • It must not be crushed.
  • It must not be broken in half or bent in any way.
  • There must not be liquid damage.
  • No integral parts such as camera, LCD etc should be missing.
  • No integral parts should be detached from the main body of the phone in any way or be missing.
  • Apple iPhones and iPads must have ALL components and buttons still attached to the handset.

Working Apple iPhones
Each Apple iPhone sold should match the make and model in the sale order and meet the following conditions:

  • It must be on a UK network
  • It must switch on and off.
  • It must be complete with SIM tray and all buttons.
  • All buttons must function correctly
  • The integral bodywork should have no cracks, missing plastics, screws or metal.
  • The LCD must be working and power up correctly and fully beyond the ‘Welcome Note’.
  • The LCD must be intact with no cracks, lines or missing pixels.
  • There should be no liquid damage.
  • A white screen does not constitute a working iPhone.
  • The touch screen must be fully functional.
  • All standard functionality and software must be in working order.

Non-Working Apple iPhones
If your Apple iPhone does not adhere to the working conditions it will be classified as non-working. Non-working Apple iPhones should meet the following conditions:

  • It must be on a UK network
  • It must not be crushed.
  • It must not be broken in half or bent in any way.
  • There must not be liquid damage.
  • No integral parts such as buttons, camera, LCD etc should be missing.
  • No integral parts should be detached from the main body of the phone in any way or be missing.

14. My battery is flat, can I sell the mobile phone as working?

If you cannot test your mobile phone as the battery is flat and there is no obvious damage to the mobile phone, you can list it as a working mobile phone. We will test the mobile phone with fully charged batteries on arrival and will only downgrade it to the non-working value if it does not switch on

1. Can I create an account to use again in the future?

If you are first time customer you will be asked to create account during checkout.

If you are existing customer just login with your current details.

In case you forget your password and account details, please contacts us via email or telephone.


Delivery

1. How is my phone delivered?

Standard recorded delivery will take 48-72 hours to arrive.

Your tracking ID will be provided by Royal Mail.

Carries £50 compensation in case of loss or damage.

(Any claims should be made direct to Royal Mail.)

We make payments by PayPal and BACs.
